I am trying to play a game on my online dynasty. Approximately a minute in I lose connection to ea servers. No other connection losses and can immediately reconnect only to attempt to play and servers to drop again. I have checked my connection and have plenty of speed.
*Reset Xbox as well as shut down and unplugged
*Restart router
*shut down app
*check for game and Xbox updates
*cleared MAC address
I have been having the same issues for the past 3 days. I have reset everything. I changed information ion my EA Account. WIFI speed tests are all great. I've cleared my system's cache. I have updated the game and the system software. I am unable to use a wired connection, but my WIFI is great, and never had this issue until this most recent update. I need more support than "It needs a wired connection". There's some problem with keeping my account on the EA servers. I tried playing other online EA games, and it is the same issue.
We need more help then “switch to a wire” like give us some help everyone can use. Not everyone can use a wired connection and this is happening to tons of people find a fix.
Community ManagerWould you be able to move close enough to the router to use a wire just as a test? Wireless connections are unstable and very prone to disconnects/lag.
Community ManagerIt's probably the single biggest reason for connection issues so using a wire is something we recommend before anything else.
Okay tried that LAN connection and same problem happened. Now what? Something wrong with the EA server or my EA Account synching
