11900 point packs giving half cards bnd. When it wasn't a bnd pack.

Question

So I bought the standouts premium combo bundle. I opened the pack and half of the cards wete bnd. I checked the pack details/info and no where did it say I would get bnd cards. If I wanted bnd cards I could have gotten at a cheaper price on a BND PACK. I spoke with customer service and they said that there was a probability of getting them per description that I don't see no was it included in the link they sent me

I am very upset 😡 and are supposedly a vip. One that has been playing madden since '96 and college since I can remember.

Oh so they’re definitely not gonna help you 🤣 they already know they’ve got you hooked, line and sinker included 😂 . They need to make sure the 11 and 12 year olds are catered to so when they have wallets of their own they’re already hooked $$$$ This game is seriously worrisome with the microtransactions and all the shadiness.&nbsp;
