Bidding on a T. Hunter this morning

All:

I was bidding on a travis hunter around 745am EST and I made the bid for 600k+.. came back an hour later, coins were gone, and player was gone along with my history.

Has this happened to anyone and if so, what should my next steps be ? Pretty annoyed by this as I play the game to try and get players with my coins and this happens. It makes me want to not play it anymore and becoming frustrated with it.
