Myself, along with several other CFB 26 players did not receive their 89+ packs for their 8th and 12th wins in the event. More importantly; however, we also did not receive their conference tour souvenir token for the 15th win. Without this token, users will be unable to redeem the 93 overall Jordyn Tyson. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be your #1 priority to make right for those who are looking forward to this card. Thanks.
Still waiting on an update for this, pretty annoying to feel like we’re getting no acknowledgment on an issue people have had to grind for weeks and will not be able to earn the reward we have worked so hard for due to this being put on the back burner, please address asap…
I have not received my conference tour souvenir for the big 10 event which I won the required 15 games. I opened a case and have not had the issue resolved. Very disappointed loyal money spending customer. Make right ea please.
What kind of response did you get with your case? It took me 5 separate tries via chat to finally get transferred to the CFB26 team and actually have someone join. The first time I waited for an hour and a half before giving up. Waited more like 30 minutes the next 2 times. The 4th time the “advisor” didn’t even say anything. Just closed the chat and my case so then I reopened it. They ended up saying they were submitting it as a bug and to watch their social media for any potential updates on a fix. I have virtually no hope of anything being resolved.
They told me the same thing they told you that they were reporting it as a bug to keep an eye out for updates. They need to make right asap.
Well today is the day we are supposed to be able to get 93 ovr wr J. Tyson but without the big 10 souvenir that I earned yet I'm still missing I will have to wait a week and purchase the required conference tours players to be able to enter next weeks event and win 15 games and hope that ea gives me a souvenir for completing that event. When I should be getting him today. So I will be wasting my hard earned coins and time on something that @ea-help should make right by today! We don't want to spend extra coins and extra time to get something we (according to your event requirements) should have already earned. Just do the right thing #ea-help and make this right.
