Have you gotten a reply yet? This just happened to me last night and i’ve submitted a couple appeals i believe but i haven’t gotten any emails saying my appeal has been submitted or anything. Definitely very frustrating to those who grind the game and spend money on currency.
Crickets so far. I can see that it has been transferred to their terms of service team, and if they check my logs it should be obvious to see what happened with my explanation. My account never showed any penalties but I opened a case. I'm assuming remote play as well as making a lot of coins on the auction house is what the bot assumes is coin selling. I'll update here when it actually gets reviewed.
my ticket says FIXED whatever that means. still no access to AH and coin gone. it's interesting they will still want me buy from there store. yeah EA I ain't that stupid.
I be interested to hear if your AH access is restored in the next 24 hours if they claimed "fixed"
I still don't understand the sweeping bans and to make them permanent is just insane for something none of us are doing.
