Still no luck on my end either, i’d say i’m losing hope but honestly never really had any after reading this form and different reddits, sounds like EA is just a huge L of a company. I got an update on my case today and it says “Incident update provided” Yet i got no email about anything, so whatever that means.. Sucks bc i was on my CFB grind the first month until they banned me, will never waste another dime or minute on any games if they can’t get this resolved, super unfortunate. Nobody to call, just sit and wait for nothing. 🤦🏼♂️
I received a denied today as well. No explanation. Nothing concrete and this is clearly not an investigation done but a simple bot response to case. Going to open another one. Ridiculous to not give reason or tangible proof (because there is none) to why I was banned. It's flat out ludicrous and a terrible service.
