CFB 26 Ultimate Team Ranked H2H Progression Not Working (4 days now)

Platform: PlayStation 5

Mode: Ultimate Team → Head-to-Head → Ranked

Issue Type: Ranked progression / leaderboard tracking

For multiple consecutive days (now 4+), Ranked Head-to-Head games in Ultimate Team are not awarding any ranked points, despite games completing normally.

What’s happening:

• Ranked H2H games complete successfully
• Wins appear correctly in game history
• Coins rewards ARE granted
• NO ranked points are awarded
• Rank/leaderboard position does not change at all

This is not a rewards delay and not a visual issue — ranked progression itself is non-functional, which directly impacts competitive integrity while Ranked games remain playable.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter Ultimate Team → Head-to-Head → Ranked
2. Complete and win a ranked match
3. Receive coins and No Ranked Points -> no change 
4. Check rank / leaderboard → no change
5. Repeat across multiple games and days (issue persists)

Expected result:

Winning ranked games should award ranked points and update leaderboard position.

Actual result:

No ranked points are awarded; progression is completely stalled.

I’ve already contacted EA Help, and this issue is confirmed under Case ID: 232686442, which is being kept open and linked due to the ongoing nature of the problem. Posting here for visibility and to confirm whether this is a known widespread issue affecting other players.
