Disconnect and no rewards

I was playing H2H with a friend last night. We’ve played every single CUT H2H game together to reach the playoffs. Got into the playoffs and during the semifinal game, I got kicked randomly. My friend remained in the game but the game was frozen, the game was unable to be played. Player from the other team messaged my friend on PlayStation chat and said that it was “your internet that you should just quit”. Seems kind of suspicious… anyways, the other team quit and my friend was able to go back to lobby like normal. He was able to keep his progress and play for a national championship. I wasn’t. I lost progress somehow even though both teams disconnected and no further progress was made. My friend invited me to his lobby to play for the championship like normal and we won. He received the packs and rewards and I received nothing. I need to be compensated my packs that the cheaters and/or EA screwed me out of…
