EA Sports College Football 26

I was playing CUT squads with my buddies last night, we finished our game and i went to purchase a card from the auction house and i am unable to access it. it says that i have been banned from access to the auction house. i have not purchased anything on the game that goes against ea sports rules or used any third party websites to buy CUT coins. is there anyway this issue can be resolved?
