EA_Barry It has now been over 8 weeks and still no resolution. Also, you can add the new MIRAGE event that came out today 5/12/26 to the list of not tracking. The MIRAGE event has 6 different events. This is just another list of rewards (cards, coins, etc) I will not be able to earn. This has become laughable. I work in product development and if this was how I handled my product, a few things - we wouldn't have any customers and I probably wouldn't have a job.
I firmly believe now there will be no resolution to this issue, so I ask once again, please help direct me to where I can begin an official request for a refund of this product. I think this is a fair request and justified. You can send a DM if you can't publish that information here.
Thank you again for your communication. I will show how I feel to EA with my wallet or lack thereof and I encourage anyone else who has not been able to earn these rewards for 2 months or more, to please do the same.

I am having the same issue with all the draft, What if and now Mirage events not tracking wins within the event and now also the field pass objectives are not tracking for me with the new Mirage drop. We spend money on this game and cannot even get the rewards for playing it.

I read the link. According to it, this is not eligible for refund. EA put out a defective product, took our money, and has no plan to remedy or to refund in any way.
This season will be the last money I will ever spend on anything associated with EA.

EA_Barry Thank you, again, for responding, but unfortunately this issue doesn't fall under this refund method. Legal action may be the only way.
I do not understand how a company can produce a product that continues to have a bug that a developer should be able to fix in a week tops, much less over 2 months.
Not your fault and I do greatly appreciate your interaction. Also, if EA devs do need help replicating the bug to help track it down, I will absolutely offer my services to show them and help troubleshoot. :) Or if EA has an opening for a Senior Product Manager that actually uses this product - please let me know. :) - Napagod90118 days agoNew Scout
So you give cris comlinsworth a 99 receiver and for the people that the game is broken for just get told sorry. I will not spend another dime on an ea product.
