EA_Barry Thank you, again, for responding, but unfortunately this issue doesn't fall under this refund method. Legal action may be the only way.
I do not understand how a company can produce a product that continues to have a bug that a developer should be able to fix in a week tops, much less over 2 months.
Not your fault and I do greatly appreciate your interaction. Also, if EA devs do need help replicating the bug to help track it down, I will absolutely offer my services to show them and help troubleshoot. :) Or if EA has an opening for a Senior Product Manager that actually uses this product - please let me know. :)
