Haven’t got the XP on CFB 26 from hitting level 39 on cfb 25
I got back on CFB 25 last night and grind to level 39 on the season seven pass. On CFB 26 I still haven’t got my XP that you are supposed to get

I reached out to EA about this over a month ago and was told that they would "investigate" the issue. I provided a screenshot proving that I completed the level 39 in Ncaa 25. Well they never did anything about it and closed the case. I reached out and asked why they closed it, they opened it briefly then closed it again. This company is something else.
