Need help contacting EA. watch all ncaa twitch streams to get twitch tokens and even 1 super token. And my ea account and twitch are link together and my PlayStation link too. I even tried to unlink all them and re link them and even changed EA id and twitch Id to try and fix it since I’ve been trying to contact EA help via twitter for last week and got 0 response.
Any luck getting your packs? I’m having this same problem and ea help has been no help.

I am having the same issue with the drops not transferring to the game. I keep getting the run around from EA Support and was told to seek help from the forum on this issue... Twitch's support said they verified the drops were claimed but not transferred and were unable to help since it has to be the game developer who helps with the transfer issue.
