In-Game Currency and Matchmaking Games

I am wondering is anyone else is having this problem or is it just me. I pay $10 plus I have a $5 EA coupon for Season 5 field pass and I try to buy it but I do not have field pass. I don’t know what I got instead but it was not what I wanted. Also, when me and my buddy try to play some “H2H SQUADS: REGULAR SEASON” games, every-now-and-then the game would stop. Like it would not let us pick a play, clock would not move, and we would sit there until we had to restart and give us a loss. Hopefully someone can help me solve this issue because it is not fun when I keep having issues like these.
