Man I just lost my team trying to get my twitch stuff!!!

I hope on ea help asked them to help me get my twitch linked to my ea account and they linked to a different one which lead to me think I need to switch my xbox account to that one as well I got my twitch packs but my team is gone!!! I can't unlink it either because I cn only do it once please helpppppp!!!!
