When you've got a chance, can you please share a bit more info so we can pass it along?

Which platform do you play on?
What's your PSN ID, Xbox Gamertag, EA Account ID, Steam ID, or Nintendo ID?
Roughly when did you buy the tokens?

Same issue. Purchased the two tokens from the Season 5 store using trophies (when reached the needed amount) and immediately applied them to the players since they were regular tokens.

Play on PS5. ID is my username (spyder1319).
