MAX Upgrade Tokens never recieved FROM Trophy store

I prematurely bought the upgrade tokens for season 5 Tim Tebow and Charles Woodson, and it gave me the regular tokens which can’t be used to take our captains from 94 overall to 95 overall. EA put the wrong upgrade token in the store and I bought them too early(day of new season), making it so I’m stuck with two 94 overall players who can’t make the lineup.

    Someone from EA literally responded to this post saying that it is an issue. Use common sense

    Has anyone actually received any help for this, or was this reply just so 3veryone would stop talking about it?
