Mirage Darkness Event

I was told by a chat advisor to post this in the forums so I hope that I can actually receive a response and assistance. In Ultimate Team I was in the “The Mirage: Darkness” event. One of the rules was that I could not go out of bounds. However, when I went for a two point conversion, it considered this to be “out of bounds” which is a glitch. I only went for a two point conversion due to one of the other rules being, “do not kick any field goals”. I know that a PAT attempt is not a field goal but just to be certain, I went for two due to the vagueness that EA has been known for in the past with challenges. I checked Reddit and it showed that someone else had this issue as well. I would like to receive another darkness key, which was the entry requirement for this event, instead of having to complete the set again, I would like to be granted another key as it was not an error on my part but rather the game. Hopefully no one else experiences this issue.
