Missing all deluxe rewards for college football 26 and pre order rewards😁

Bought the game and have been playing it since it was open on pre order. I haven’t gotten a lick of any of my rewards for the deluded edition, or pre order. I don’t get any of my points for road to glory. still haven’t gotten anything in cut for my points that’s i’m supposed to have. No packs either rocking an 80 nms bc i don’t have my points. Not to mention i’ve had 5 cases to try and not a single one helped me in any sort of way. Anyway EA YOU CAN HELP?????? my 10000000 time asking genuinely.
