Missing coins on auction

Question

I was bidding on a player and then lost and never recovered my coins back, it was around 250k. I talk with 2 people in customer support and got no where really. Seems like it’s happening to a lot of people the mangers and EA need to do better they take so much money. Lots of hours in the game to get it ruined in seconds makes me want to not play anymore.&nbsp;

Sir I have talk to numerous advisors of yours and nothing has been solved, there’s no option for me to chat with anyone now. This has become so frustrating as I’ve spent hours talking to people and have not go no where. You guys just truly don’t care about your customers it’s been that way for years now.
