New graduation event not tracking more than 1 win.

Apparently my account is just broken. Alumni, mirage and now graduation events such as the **bleep** LAUDE solo vs cpu only allows me 1 win. After winning the next game it stays at 1. Just like the m...

My events have been broken for a long time and only count 1 win. The next wins do not register. This has locked me out of many free rewards. 
Now the new grad event “seems” to count wins (it shows 13 of my wins), but no reward packs have been given for any of the levels I’ve reached.

Same here. All we ever hear is “we are looking into it”.I like this game but may not be getting the next one especially considering how long it has been since these issues were first reported.
