Passing settings and motion in squads

Seen this on here before. In squads, it pulls the passing settings from the DC or the head coach. Any answers as to why this is? Does it lead to limited control of the offense to where I can’t motion people on offense? I have to rely on the other players to motion people. Why is this? 

if there is a legitimate reason then I would like and answer.  It seems there has been no responses to things like this. It’s mislead to see that you have control of the offense and yet it is limited and not even my settings. Please give some direction here.
