Pause Freeze Playbook glitch

Honestly at my last straw with this game. Playing this game just to play at this point. Nothing gets solved, nobody msgs me about a solution or quick fix or what to do if this happens doubt this even gets read. This game is ridiculous this is about my 3rd time in a most important game where the pause glitch where i can’t pick a play has ruined my either playoffs (rose bowl) or guanlet (8-1) mind you in both fourth quarter about to win. It’s not playable running into guys abusing this and then basically wasting our time cause even if we are better they find loopholes this has been an issue and frankly been should have been fixed DAY 1 !!
