Evidently appeal cases are not really looked at. A simple log check would probably clear most people here, especially if you pair it with them telling you exactly what they were doing at the time. There is no way to actually contact the terms of service team. I filed three appeals all of which were denied. There's zero chance that would have been denied had they actually been looked into
After digging around for information on this topic. The numbers indicate 0-1% of these violations are reversed. I'm sure real humans look at the violations.
the issues are that the cheaper automated system is very flawed of course. Once the bot finds an infraction in the algorithm case closed. Customers file an appeal. A real human only confirms your actions were outside the algorithm. Not necessarly you violated any TOS.
the way EA has ultimate team economy is very flawed. You can't have an open market. when it is against the rules to sell assets at max or min price. also EA sets the range at what an asset can be sold. EA is basically a walking contradiction. They dont allow 3rd party coin buyers and sellers. But they allow there content creators to advertise them.
solution one. would be to leave it the way it is. Just not bann player for actions within the auction house.

solution two. Player buy assets outright In form of tier packs or possibly the actual card you want. Auction house removed. Player can trade cards by quality range only or multiple slightly lower quality for 1 higher quality. I guess we will call this tiers. You can trade with in tiers or one tier above or below.

trade 90 for 90 = approved
trade 90 90 90 for 90 = denied
trade 78 for 90 = denied
trade 87 87 for 90 approved
trade 77 77 78 72 75 for 90 denied
Do away with coins. if you buy cards with points you could discard ( quick sell)cards for points. LTD type cards would be the only cards that can be returned for full points.
now you ask what about no money spent guys. OK
grind the game for BND POINTS= training points let's be honest This version on the game is a money grab.
Also Cards traded between players can only be discarded for training points or traded again.
The store points packs greater odds, better odds getting the card you want.
Bnd points just like it is now lesser odds or need alot of traning points for better packs.
Remember Ultimate Team is only an option because it generates revenue.
Hey, I don’t have a ban on ea support, but I have a ban on my account. Like I can’t appeal the ban that is on my account because through EA support it doesn’t show I am banned. Please help me.
