Ranked Head to Head Problems

I have been playing ranked Head to Head and when I win games, My Ranking points do not move up. I have had the same ranking points after winning consecutive games. 

I play ranked to move up the leaderboards and win prizes however I don’t know what I am suppose to do if I win games and I am given coins but no points. 

Do I just stop playing if there is no point? 

Can anyone from EA Sports assist me?
