Server issues cost me a national championship

Honestly I have about had it with this game and the server issues.  I have been lagged out of national champiionship games 5+ times due to server issues and given a loss each time.  Now this morning after grinding all evening to get into the playoffs, my friend and I hop on and fight to win the game and in the load lobby exeting to the mainpage it lags out and gives us both the loss.  This is getting wild how many rewards have been essentially stolen from me because the servers crash so often.

In response I go to customer support since I have had enough of getting screwed over.  No resolution just told to post in a forum until the issue is looked into.  Its extremely deterring that these issues will never get resolved since its not a paid reward.  Would bet my mortgage that if this was something that required cash to achieve they would have had it solved in a second.  

Terrible customer service and user experience so far in this game, if this doesnt get resolved my friends and I will probably not be playing any EA games.
