Still banned

I received an email saying my second appeal was successful, yet I open my case and it says “decline” and I still don’t have access to the game. Not to mention my first appeal said “overturn” and I never got my access back that time either. EA is run by genuinely the stupidest and greediest people on planet earth. 

How can I have 2 (TWO!!!) successful appeals, have both appeal cases showing a different outcome, and yet I still do not have access. Just **bleep** egregious.

    Yeah, this is bizzare. Thanks for popping up those screenshots. Hmm... 🤔You're best port of call here may be to contact our support team directly, as we can't look into these through the EA Forum. They can check out those case numbers and case statuses, so they may be able to help clear things up. 

    To reach them, use these steps:

    • Click on this link and for 'What kind of issue are you having?' type 'Login issues'
    • From there fill in the rest of the ticket, and I'd recommend attaching those images too. They help highlight the conflict between the emails and the case statuses.
    • Hit 'Submit' when you're done, and your case will be sent through to the support team.

     

    They'll be in touch as soon as they can from there.

    EA_Lanna​ I’ve posted on the forum, have a case open with help, and replied to the email directly. Absolute crickets, what’s the deal here and how long do I have to keep spamming the same stuff over and over until something is actually done about it?

    We won't have insights into your Support cases through the EA Forums. In general, the response time can vary depending on the complexity of the case and how many cases are currently in the queue but I understand that waiting for a response from our Support team can be frustrating at times. Bear with them for another while. If there's no response after a few days or if you're in any way concerned the case may have fallen through for whatever reason (maybe technical issues, etc), get back in touch with the support team by creating a new case and referencing the case number for the one you're concerned about.

    In terms of spamming in general, I don't recommend it. It's a waste of your time and energy, and here on the forums it's against the community rules.

    Hard to say without context. Since you've joined this thread, is it safe to assume you have a similiar issue to the OP's? I took a look at your post history but nothing there matched what this thread topic is about.

    I can't even open an appeal case. I have just been gone all month. I wouldnt care about losing my team but I enjoyed squads with my friends while we were able to play. Just sad that there is no customer support anymore.
