Still banned
I received an email saying my second appeal was successful, yet I open my case and it says “decline” and I still don’t have access to the game. Not to mention my first appeal said “overturn” and I never got my access back that time either. EA is run by genuinely the stupidest and greediest people on planet earth.
How can I have 2 (TWO!!!) successful appeals, have both appeal cases showing a different outcome, and yet I still do not have access. Just **bleep** egregious.

Yeah, this is bizzare. Thanks for popping up those screenshots. Hmm... 🤔You're best port of call here may be to contact our support team directly, as we can't look into these through the EA Forum. They can check out those case numbers and case statuses, so they may be able to help clear things up.
To reach them, use these steps:
- Click on this link and for 'What kind of issue are you having?' type 'Login issues'
- From there fill in the rest of the ticket, and I'd recommend attaching those images too. They help highlight the conflict between the emails and the case statuses.
- Hit 'Submit' when you're done, and your case will be sent through to the support team.
They'll be in touch as soon as they can from there.
