I have not received Hester or Ngata either. I have had several cases and reached out on X and have not even gotten a response. That is ridiculous. I am a fairly patient person, but no communication or anyone reaching out is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I would definitely be more forgiving if there were more frequent updates and seemed like they actually care about the eople playing their ggame.i get it that issues like this happens, but if I coded something wrong in my job and didn't have updates on the progress of fixing it, I would be fired.
And yes I have tried all steps of logging into CFB25 then to CFB26, too many times to count. Played a few games in 25 before starting 26. I have deleted both games and reinstalled them. Waited for over 24 hrs. Cleared my cache on my PS5. Checked and made sure the games have latest updates.
