Still Missing Haloti Ngata and Devin Hester Crossover Players

I have not received Hester or Ngata either. I have had several cases and reached out on X and have not even gotten a response. That is ridiculous. I am a fairly patient person, but no communication or anyone reaching out is NOT ACCEPTABLE!  I would definitely be more forgiving if there were more frequent updates and seemed like they actually care about the eople playing their ggame.i get it that issues like this happens, but if I coded something wrong in my job and didn't have updates on the progress of fixing it, I would be fired.

And yes I have tried all steps of logging into CFB25 then to CFB26, too many times to count. Played a few games in 25 before starting 26. I have deleted both games and reinstalled them. Waited for over 24 hrs. Cleared my cache on my PS5. Checked and made sure the games have latest updates.

Same and it gets marked as solved with no one reaching out to see if I still had an issue.

EA_Barry​ This DOES NOT WORK, at least in my case and sounds like others as well. Still missing content. Tried numerous times.

It’s now August 5th and I’m still waiting for my Deven Hester and Haloti Ngata. I got my Dickerson and Duece cards the first time I logged into 26. I’ve done all steps suggested by EA support multiple times. Sent them an email last week and have not heard back yet. Anyone else still missing players?
