Still missing my packs lolololol (not laughing)

My friend and I were playing our National Championship game, and I got desynched after we had just went up 20-0. It was still the first half, and we had just gotten a pic-6. I never once lost connection to Playstation servers or the internet, and it was purely your servers. This is the third time this has happened to me, and I am fed up with getting robbed of my National Championship packs. I have proof showing us up 20-0 before the desynch, and I have more proof and screenshots if need be. My friend ended up staying in the game, and he got his National Championship packs without problem (I have proof of that as well). I fully expect to get the National Championship packs that I earned, and if I do not receive them I will never spend another penny on anything EA. Like I said, this is a recurring issue and it is never my WiFi. Then you homies of the audacity to email back talking about "oh if we fixed your issue you don't have to do anything further" like no, you DID NOT fix my issue. EA you still owe me those packs. If I do not get the packs within the next week or two I will NEVER give EA my business again. Homies literally don't care about their own customers or game. So sad. Anybody reading this I just advise you to spend your money elsewhere. Switch over to 2K or something.
