TE NOT ALLOWING TO BE UPGRADED

Any one having the issue of not being able to apply upgrade tokens to the TE. Mine keeps showing that I don’t have it in my item binder but I have all of them. Fix this pleaseRecursiveFlux​michelrespawn​EA_DanaB​EA_Dennis​
