What makes it worse no one is willing to look into my gamertag and EA account to provide me help. I never thought a company as big as EA would act this way towards there player base. This experience has left me extremely frustrated. Not even empathy or acknowledgment of the situation and the reassurance that we will take a look into it for you.
I swear they’re just repeatedly telling people their “team is working on it” but not actually doing anything and just hoping people move on. I’ve never experienced customer service this terrible before. They even have one customer service agent, named Piyush, that’s just overtly a **bleep** and he’ll guarantee you that uninstalling and then reinstalling the game will fix it, and then he just bails from the chat
