Top 100 rewards

Been waiting this entire time for my top 100 card. My friend received his and I’m without. Ea has not given any answer, told me to post here as if that will help. What’s the point of grinding for top 100 when you won’t receive your rewards. We’re already 9 days into the new ranking….. how long until it’s fixed? How long till we have an answer? And there’s going to be no compensation for this time without. You grind to get a slight advantage and they’re about to be dropping higher overalls. We need answers.
