Ultimate Team Desync

Dear EA, I am emailing on behalf of multiple desyncs occurring in my games. I get a list every single time. One of which was in my national championship which caused me to not get my natty packs even tho I was winning. Could you please help me get my natty packs that I deserved. I had no control over the loss I was not lagging or anything just a Desync. I am asking for my natty packs if there’s anyway.
