Ultimate Team Pre-Snap Issue

Hi! I love the game so far but in Ultimate Team I cannot use the pre-snap play view. Every time I use it I am not able to snap the ball even after button-mashing the snap button and am forced to take a penalty or a timeout. 

Hopefully this explains the situation but it has happened for me since the game came out and I have tried to restart multiple times without any success or change.
