Unable to connect to EA servers

I was just playing some CFB duos with a buddy of mine and I went to check the catalog for a player and the game kicked me off the server completely and i now can’t log back in? How come I cannot connect to EA servers on madden and/or CFB but I can load into any other game that isn’t made by EA on my Xbox atm? why are these servers so cooked?

This company infuriates me beyond everything imaginable. I simply don’t understand how their servers consistently are down/broken/slow while others perform far better? a multi BILLION dollar corporation and they can’t even invest the time and money to make their servers better. this has been the worst year for it especially. I’ve been playing madden and CFB for as long as I can remember but this is the icing on the cake for me. After grinding out, spending money on a product I genuinely enjoy playing just for them to constantly disappoint me is immeasurable. I am not buying 27 or anything from EA until they either drastically improve or they give up their rights. this is ridiculous
