Where is my top 100 reward option pack

It has been 11 days. Where is my top 100 reward option pack EA? Is it because I do not have a big social media following or i am not a twitch streamer. Is that what it takes to get a card that I rightfully deserve. You have turned a top 100 grind into who has a big social media platform or who knows people that work at EA. I will be posting here every single day until I get the card I deserve that you have already handed out to players with less rank points than me. If I do not get this card In a timely manner I will be reporting you guys to the better business bureau and you could explain to them why you are playing favouritism  in handing the card out to players with less points than me but I have not recieved mine.

    I have been trying my best to remain calm and collected in this situation but at this point I could tell your intention is to screw me over. I have tried reaching EA chat, I have been posting on the forums. Tweeting at you guys. Called EA Vancouver not a single individual was like I am going to take your gamertag and EA account and investigate what is going on. But instead I have to see your company do make rights on December 4th and December 8th to players with less than points than me. Where is my make right EA? Why is my reward not being granted?
