Wrongfully Banned and Then Given The Run Around
December 31st, 2025, it's New Years Eve and I'm enjoying it with my favorite game NCAA College Football 26, except I'm not... I'm sent back to main menu with a big bold font message saying I've been permanently banned from online services. Utterly confused I go looking for answers, only to find none from EA support or the team, just me, myself, the ball drop and a permanent ban from my favorite game. Come to find out it's of no fault of my own and it's due to an AI bot thinking I'm cheating in your "The Big League" event. Luckily, January 6th, 2026, my account is unbanned seeing how I did nothing wrong to receive the ban, but an entire WEEK has passed, I had done missed out on a week's worth of content drops, a week's worth of time and effort I could've put into the game, had to back out of tournaments I was in and lastly all the momentum I had going for my stream on twitch was gone (as I was streaming NCAA 26 content with other streamers & playing in tournaments gaining a steady following.)
Now I have reached out to EA support countless times to try to make this right and again received very little help, was eventually told to come here and make my post in hopes someone might see this and make it right?? I don't know, I've lost hope at this point that EA will ever make this right. I feel like I've been put at a disadvantage, not treated fairly (as I've seen people receive make-rights for far less), and just been completely wronged by this.
So, in my last-ditch effort for hope. EA PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT, just give me a few decent packs and maybe a platinum pack or two and I won't feel so violated. I have case #'s if needed.
