CPU QB

The CPU QB AI needs to be smarter and throw the ball away and not take so many sacks. It dont matter what difficulty level, they all take too many sacks.

i dont  want to put the pass blocking slider up because then they have all day in the pocket. I tried it out to see and they’ll sit back there all day and if a rusher finally gets thru, they would still get sacked. 

Please fix that.
