Matchmaking is broken

Is there a reason why im starting the ranked in bronze playing top 100 or elite players? Why wasnt this fixed last year in cfb or madden?

Like do yous actually bother to test your game or no? What is rhe point if ranked if it doesnt take into account your rank?

I asked the live support they told me to stop playing UT until its fixed ,they told me its being fixed very soon so when is very soon?
