Run defense

Is there any?  As Oklahoma, I’ve got two high-caliber inside backers (rated 89 & 83), one DT rated 86 and the other is the top-rated DT in the game (94) … and these guys constantly get pancaked on dive plays … we easily give up four yards if lucky, usually it’s  8-10 yards or more.  
Please make the defense competitive in the run game … we know every run play isn’t gonna be -2, but a base defense with high/level defenders shouldn’t be perpetually gashed by dive plays 9 of 10 times.

    1. Match the personnel
      1. 11 personnel = run nickel
      2. 12 personnel = 4-3
      3. 13 personnel = 5-2
      4. 23 personnel = goal line
    2. For inside runs run cover 0 and cover 4
    3. Outside run = run cover 2 and pinch d line 
    4. Disable motion response to defend jet sweeps better
    5. Put gap integrity on aggressive. Conservative leaves cut back lanes wide open.
