Skip feature scaled back

In past editions, and in most sports/action games generally, you could press a button (A on Xbox) to skip menus, loading animations, story beats, and commentary segments during pregame, halftime, and postgame. That feature still exists in some places but is far less consistent or prominent than it used to be, so players end up sitting through repeated commentary and transitions more than before. Requesting this be restored to its previous consistency.
