WRs catching dropped to low 50s

Hello, i’m currently in the “position changes” phase of the offseason in an online dynasty. While changing positions i moved my wr (Keyshaun Singleton, 88 Overall, 88 catching, 94 Spectacular catch, 91 Catch In Traffic) to CB then back to WR. His Catching rating dropped to 51 and his Awareness dropped to the low 50s as well. While his spectacular catch & catch in traffic rating stayed the same… Is this a glitch in the game or what? Could i get some insight on what happened here & is there anyway this could possibly be fixed? 

I also tried it with another wr in a different online dynasty, I experienced the same outcome.
