Dynasty player manipulation

I’ve been playing college football since 06 and one of my favourite parts is fiddling with the rosters. I’ve created a few team builder teams based on teams that I’ve played on in the past. Once uploaded and I begin my dynasty, two of my created teams allow me to change player physiques/ratings/numbers etc., but the other 4 don’t. I’d like to be able to do it on all of my teams, but I can’t seem to figure out why some teams allow me to while the other teams don’t. 

Anyone else have this happen?
