Dynasty Recruiting - 5* prospects

5* prospects are broken in Dynasty.  First, there are too many 5'7 - 5'9 5* receivers listed every year.  There has not been a 5 star receiver in 247 Sports player ranking since 2016 shorter than 5'10.  They do not exist.  There are also positions listed as 5 star that would never be 5 star (HB - North/South Blocker, TE- Pure Blocker, WR/TE Gritty Position).  There should be minimum attribute levels for 5 star athletes. (ex WR/HB/CB/FS/SS - 90 speed).  A WR/HB/CB with mid 80s speed would never be a 5 star.  There are also too many bust 5 star players. 5 Stars should be the Elite, best of the best and they are currently not that way.
