[Billing/Feature Removal] CFB Points rendered useless - Requesting Review

Issue Details:
On July 08, 2026, I purchased the $134.99 College Football Points bundle specifically to upgrade my characters in Dynasty and Road to Glory modes. Days later, EA entirely removed the ability to spend points on single-player progression.

Because this core functionality was removed post-purchase, the $134.99 product I paid for was materially altered and rendered useless for its advertised intent. I do not play Ultimate Team. PlayStation Support denied a refund because the content was "downloaded," and EA Chat Support stated they cannot issue refunds for PSN transactions.

This leaves me stuck in an administrative loop for a premium purchase that was changed after my money was taken. I am requesting a manual case review by the community team for an alternative account resolution or formal escalation.
