Issue

The game launches through Steam and EA App normally.

The splash screens appear, the game enters fullscreen, and the intro video begins playing.

Just before reaching the main menu, the game closes to desktop without an error message.

The game generates its own crash dumps under:

Documents\EA SPORTS College Football 27\CrashDumps

The crash consistently occurs inside:

- Fully updated Windows

- Synced system clock

- Disabled Steam Overlay

- Disabled EA Overlay

- Disabled Xbox Game Bar

- Disabled AMD Overlay

- Performed a complete Clean Boot

- Disabled RGB software

- Disabled monitoring software

- Disabled Wallpaper Engine

- Disabled Elgato software

- Disabled Wave Link

The crash still occurs in a clean boot.

Additional Information

EA Sports FC 26 runs perfectly on this same PC using the same Steam account, EA account, Windows installation, drivers, and hardware.

This issue appears isolated to College Football 27.

Could someone from the PC engineering team review this crash?

Specifically:

- Is GetDenuvoTimeTicketRequest a known startup crash?

- Is there a known Steam entitlement or activation issue?

- Is the access violation inside the activation path a known bug?

I have multiple crash dumps, WinDbg analysis, and a launch video available if needed.

 I also reinstall the C++ files that are needed.. Please I need help, otherwise I wasted $70 on a game I can't even play.
