Servers cannot process your request at this time

I agree they need to fix this asap

I’m having the same issue since last night and I even reset my schedule thinking that was a solution and it’s still not working. Any solves? Need that asap! 

"Xbox Series X. Road to College Football Playoff. LSU worked previously, but for the past few days every time I select LSU and press 'Find Opponent' I get 'Our servers cannot process your request at this time.' Other teams find matches normally, and Madden 26 online works."

Ok, so what does this mean for the issue i mentioned?

Ultimate team works with no issues. 

I keep getting an error stating “unable to process request try again later” “unable to connect to Ea servers try again later”

Issue

Immediately after pressing Find Opponent, I receive the following error:

"Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."

This began immediately after I was promoted to the Sophomore division following completion of my previous season.

Before this, I had successfully completed multiple Road to the College Football Playoff seasons, including reaching the playoffs.

I can enter the mode, choose any team, and navigate all menus normally. The error occurs only when matchmaking begins.

Troubleshooting Completed

Restarted PS5

Restarted the game

Verified internet connection

Other online modes work correctly

Tried multiple teams (LSU and Notre Dame)

Error occurs with every team

Error occurs immediately after pressing Find Opponent

This appears to be a Road to the College Football Playoff matchmaking/profile issue that started after promotion to the Sophomore division.

If possible, please investigate my account or reset my Road to the College Football Playoff profile.
