@nickylax Are you getting an error message, or what happens when you try to launch the game? - nickylax3 years agoNot applicable@EA_Illium I tried to launch General zero hours. it says "An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later."

- ToRo_7658473 years agoNot applicable@scottygreer Have you tried running it under an administrator account (Not just run as administrator in your normal account)?

Yep, I'm also having the same issue. I can not even click the tiles in the EA App for command and conquer but I can for other games. Love how EA just disables by best games with the cross from Origin to EA app and then don't do anything about it regardless of how many complaints they have on the game.

Hi @juliusfernaldo @nickylax @scottygreer
Can you try running the game in compatibility mode for Windows 7 as @d0nt0m66 mentioned?

Hi guys, thanks for attempting to help. Unfortunately it still doesn't seem to work. It has ''run this program in compatibility mode for windows 7'' greyed out, but it is ticked so I believe it has always been doing that. That being said, it is now saying ''missing file ''ssleay32.dll''?'
