C&C Genrals login to origin displayed, but not working

EA doesn't care.

Don't bother, even after you get "logged on" you will probably not be able to play the game.

Command & Conquer Generals and Zero Hour. I have repaired and repaired and repaired, but I keep getting the same error after the "splash" screen. [DirectX Error] "Please make sure you have DirectX 8.1 or Higher installed. Also verify that your video card meets the Min. requirements."...

I have checked: I have DirectX 12 installed, and have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 graphics card.

Also: Please excuse my flagrant attempt to get my issue noticed a third time, because I have issued a "Report" twice now for this issue.

This is not the first time I have had problems with Command & Conquer games, so please forgive my hesitation in believing they will address this problem quickly. Thank you "EA" for looking at it again this 3rd time (Because of this third, if not direct,  request for this problem to be solved)

I'm getting this same issue. I know my login credentials are correct, but it always comes back as invalid.

the Login should come up eventually not sure why not or try running as Administrator Privs. worked for me yesterday. hope this helps if not drop me a message on discord. @meekz9988

May have to uninstall and re-install... if not try using Gen Launcher, great addition but wait until the mouse moving across the map issue

Because what I'm getting is this tiny window that doens't help at all and I cannot zoom in or make it larger

its funny for I'm having this problem for a month now and don't know what to do? can only help me please for this is my favorite of all time

no error message. The login dialog displayes a second time, afterwards the start of the game is aborted.
